Who we are…..

Bisi Lawal-Rieley
I’m a mum of three, and like many parents, I’ve spent years navigating the ups and downs of the education system not just as a parent, but as someone supporting children with neurodiversity. Two of my children have been diagnosed with dyslexia, and I’ve seen how easily bright, creative minds can be overlooked or misunderstood. That experience shaped me and it’s one of the reasons Reveal You exists.

Professionally, I’ve spent over a decade working within the NHS, working within the mental health and learning disability (MHLD) transformation across both secondary and primary care. I’ve commissioned ADHD services, supported the development of new MHLD models in primary care, and worked closely with CAMHS and Learning Disability teams.

I’ve also played a key role in redesigning training and service pathways that directly impact patient outcomes. At Trust level, I redesigned the 18-week Referral to Treatment (RTT) training in partnership with the Information Systems team making it clearer, more efficient, and more aligned with frontline needs. I also recorded and analysed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for cancer pathway breaches, working with operational teams to dig into the data and identify real-world barriers. That work led to a major shift in the care pathway enabling GPs to book scans before a consultant appointment, which made a real difference in speed and outcomes for patients.

Training and coaching have always been at the heart of what I do. I have developed and delivered creative training programmes for designers, combining strategy, creativity, and hands-on development. Now, through Reveal You CIC, I continue that passion by designing engaging, inclusive workshops for young people, parents, and schools. These are grounded in both lived experience and professional insight, helping people understand neurodiversity, executive functioning, and how to support each other with empathy and confidence.

I’m a qualified Level 5 Coach and Mentor, recently completed counselling training, and am currently studying to become an NLP practitioner. But beyond the qualifications, I’m someone who listens, cares and believes every young person has the right to be understood, supported, and empowered to be exactly who they are and reveal their true self without the need for a mask.

Because when we reveal what's really going on beneath the surface and start to achieve self-awareness that’s when real growth begins……

Maryan Hook
I’m a mum to one and an ADHD specialist coach, passionate about supporting individuals and families living with ADHD. Her coaching blends professional expertise with lived experience, offering a structured yet strengths-based approach to help clients navigate challenges like overwhelm, procrastination, and emotional dysregulation while unlocking their creativity, focus, and potential.

I work with individuals who have a formal ADHD diagnosis as well as those awaiting assessment, providing clarity and practical tools during what can often feel like a confusing and uncertain time. I also support parents of children with ADHD, helping them build confidence, resilience, and a supportive home environment where children can thrive.

Professionally, my background spans both the private sector and the NHS, and I hold a Certificate in Professional Coaching Practice along with specialist qualifications in ADHD coaching, parental transition coaching, mindfulness, and a range of holistic therapies to support the whole person.

Diagnosed with ADHD myself as an adult, I understand the complexities of navigating life before and after diagnosis—and the importance of early awareness and practical strategies. That perspective shapes my work, creating spaces where clients feel seen, understood, and empowered to embrace their neurodiversity with confidence and self-acceptance.

Because with the right support and understanding, every individual with ADHD can step into their potential and thrive on their own terms.
